Modify Last Year’s Resolutions for this year!

Every year we promise ourselves that this will be the year we finish our list of New Year’s Resolutions. Then, we make an entirely new list of resolutions to work on. Why start from scratch, when you can build on what you have already started?

An intentionally successful New Year!

The first thing most people do after we all finish bringing in the New Year is think of what we want our New Year’s resolution to be. A lot of us have a habit of setting several goals because we are filled with all of this productive energy from bringing in the new year. Sometimes, we set our goals a little too high, so that once we actually start the work, we end up feeling discouraged and abandon our goals altogether.
